Soldering of wires - professional training
Soldering of cables and working methodology
Soldering is an excellent joining method. It uses a binder called solder and a soldering iron or torch. The soldering activity can be carried out in prepared furnaces. However, the correct temperature must be observed, otherwise faulty joints, i.e. cold contacts, will result. Soldering is divided into:
- high-temperature;
- HARD;
- soft.
Soldering of cables and wires
Soldering electrical cables and wires is the permanent joining of metal parts using solder. The solder must be brought to a liquid state. The temperature of the binder should be lower than that of the components to be soldered. Soldering is a very popular method of joining metals, used by both amateurs and professionals. We use a soldering iron for soldering. Different types of soldering irons are used:
- resistance;
- pistol - electric;
- transformer.
In soldering, accuracy is a very important element. The cables must be connected correctly.
What operations should be performed? Trimming the edges of the wires, removing the lagging from the edges, heating up the soldering iron, dipping the wires in rosin, applying the soldering iron tip to the wire for 4 seconds, spreading the tin evenly, joining the ends of the wires. It is very important to protect the soldered cables. You will therefore need a heat shrink cover.
Soldering of wires - training
The offer is aimed at laptop service technicians, electronics technicians and various industrial companies. Learning can start from the basics or at a different level. It can therefore be said that there is a suitable offer for everyone. Small and large companies as well as individual customers can apply. Teachers from electronic and technical schools are especially welcome.
