Due to increasing demand and interest, we have decided to introduce a flange fitting course to our training offer. This kind of work is quite demanding, and workers are therefore expected to have specialised competence and knowledge in this field. Working in the assembly of flanged joints in pressurised systems poses a high degree of risk, so it is important that those working in this position adhere to safety rules. Flanged joints ensure high quality operation of vessels and pipelines. The installer should be extremely accurate and precise, as this has a major impact on the tightness and reliability of the connection. 

Training programme 

With our course you will gain valuable knowledge about the types and functions of gaskets, types of flange connections. You will also learn about safety principles and the correct assembly and disassembly scheme for flanged joints. You will also gain many practical skills in selecting gaskets or making and supervising flanged connections.

Purpose of the training 

The main aim of our training is to impart the necessary dose of knowledge in both theoretical and practical classes. The range of information imparted includes, among other things, learning about the proper installation and operation of pressure equipment at various levels of industry. Our training is based on the implementation of the basic principles of safety, accuracy of installation and efficiency of the work performed.  

Examination and entitlement 

At the end of our course, there is a practical and theoretical exam, the successful completion of which results in a TÜV certificate, which is valid for 5 years. The certificate is respected in Poland and other EU countries and confirms the competence of the future flange fitter.  

Candidate profile 

The course is aimed at people working as a coordinator or fitter of flanged joints who want to enrich their competences, as well as those who are just starting out in their fitter's career. Candidates wishing to take part in our course should have a minimum of primary school education and be at least 18 years old. Training takes place as face-to-face meetings at our training centres or at the customer's premises. 

What is a flange connection? 

Flanged connections are used in a wide range of industrial fields such as the refining, petroleum, food, energy and chemical industries. Flanged connections are used to connect fittings, pipes and tubes.
