The profession of scaffolder

When deciding to take our course, it is useful to know what a scaffolder does. A scaffolder is a person who is responsible for erecting structures consisting of elements such as platforms and working frames, among others. Scaffolding activities are very important for renovation and construction work which takes place at great heights. It is the fitter's responsibility to regularly secure the structure and check its technical condition. The assembler is also responsible for the safe dismantling of scaffolding.

Scaffolding is a temporary structure usually made of metal or wood. They are used for painting, repairing and making alterations to the facade of buildings. These days, in cities and small towns, new housing estates and other building structures are constantly being built. Thus, the demand for scaffolders is increasing. Employers make no secret of the fact that they have work planned for several years ahead, so they are looking for people who are experienced and specialised in this profession.
