We invite you to take a crane operator course at the Centre for Staff Development ERGON in Warsaw. For all people who want to work as a tower crane operator our course is a good choice - we provide a complex learning of theory and practice with experienced instructors, we are also distinguished by attractive price and high pass rate of UDT exams. We provide training in two categories - I ¯ and II ¯ - the price of courses varies. The course of tower crane operator gives I ¯ authorization. The II Ż entitlement concerns the operation of mobile cranes, including cars equipped with HDS - these courses are also available in our offer.

The offered crane course I Ż is aimed at people who want to obtain the necessary qualifications for tower cranes, high-speed cranes and mobile cranes. The following conditions must be met to join the training course:

  • minimum age 18 years
  • at least primary education
  • no health contraindications to work as a tower and rail crane operator certified by a doctor

Each training consists of two parts - theoretical and practical, which are completed with a state exam passed in front of a commission from the Office of Technical Inspection. Only then can the participant obtain the appropriate authorization for cranes in the form of a certificate (the price of taking the exam is available on the UDT website). These qualifications are valid for an unlimited period of time. On the basis of the qualifications obtained, it is possible to find employment both in Poland and abroad - it is possible to issue the certificate also in English.

The main objective of the training is to familiarise participants with the principles of safe and efficient operation of equipment which is commonly used in industrial or residential construction. The topics of the training courses conducted in our Centre include, among others, the following issues:

  • information on technical supervision
  • basic data on the equipment and its design
  • electrical and mechanical protection
  • responsibilities as an operator
  • health and safety rules
  • practical classes in the operation of the equipment
