Training for backhoe loader operator

Operator works on backhoe loader

You are cordially invited to ERGON Centre for Staff Improvement for vocational training to obtain a licence to work with a backhoe loader. We have extensive experience in training future operators of construction machinery. Our vocational courses are equally oriented towards both theory and practice. You will learn the basics of how to operate and steer the equipment, as well as techniques to facilitate your duties as an operator. Our aim is to prepare our trainees solidly, so that they will have no difficulty working in companies with different business profiles.

The course meets all the guidelines of the Institute of Mechanised Construction and Rock Mining and therefore perfectly prepares the candidate for the state examination.

By becoming a Class III backhoe loader operator, you can operate all types of backhoe loaders, namely:

  • single-head excavators - up to 4 tonnes operating weight (also mini-excavators),
  • single loaders - up to 8 tonnes operating weight,
  • backhoe loaders of all types - any size and all bucket capacities,
  • backhoe dozers.
