Why do we organise training? 

Education related to basic life-saving skills is essential in this day and age. With its help, we are able to counteract various risks and protect our health and lives. If you run a company, you should bear in mind that the employer has a legal obligation to appoint employees to provide first aid and to perform fire protection and evacuation of the remaining people in the building. This is described in art. 209 par. 1 pt. 2 of the Labour Code.

We provide training in two options:

Our first aid course includes the following: 

Theory	Practice
Legal threads in the field; Information on emergency numbers; Correctly calling the emergency services; What do you need to know about evacuating injured persons? How to secure the accident scene? Applying dressings to various injuries including frostbite, burns, bleeding, fractures, foreign bodies in wounds; Head, chest, abdominal injuries, traumatic amputations; Taking action in life and health emergencies: poisoning, choking, epilepsy attack, lightning or electrocution, fainting, heart attack; Instructions for performing CPR for adults and children. Cardiac massage and artificial respiration; Checking vital signs in casualties;	How to organise an evacuation taking into account the injured? Placing the injured person in a safe position; Correctly performing cardiopulmonary resuscitation; Providing assistance in severe situations: traffic accidents, electrocution, lightning, drowning, choking, epilepsy, fainting, spinal injuries and others; Cardio-respiratory resuscitation on a phantom (performing indirect cardiac massage and conducting mouth-to-mouth ventilation); Principles of selection and evacuation of the injured; Management of traffic accidents; Appropriate action with injured victims who may have spinal injuries; Safe side position.
