A scaffolder is a person who is responsible for erecting structures consisting of elements such as platforms and working frames, among others. Scaffolding activities are very important for renovation and construction work that takes place at great heights. It is the fitter's responsibility to regularly secure the structure and check its technical condition. The assembler is also responsible for the safe dismantling of scaffolding. Scaffolding is a temporary structure usually made of metal or wood. They are used for painting, repairing and making alterations to the facade of buildings.

Nowadays, new housing estates and other construction projects are constantly being built in cities and small towns. Thus, the demand for scaffolders is increasing.
